It's been almost 2 weeks since I ended my second juice fast. So far, I've been holding up well. I've maintained my weight and been doing my best to stick to a mostly plant based diet including plenty of green leafy vegetables, more of all kinds of vegetables, fruits, nuts, some lean protein, and little to no simple carbohydrates or dairy. Everything has been going great with a few tidbits, well kind of a big tidbit, like getting use to change...
