I mixed up this recipe for pineapple dressing to compliment our pineapple marinated, tender steak salad. Earlier in the week, I was searching for the best way to tenderize beef. I generally buy cheaper cuts of meat that need such tender attention. Anyway, to my surprise, I learned that one of the best, most simplest marinates to tenderize meat in is fresh pineapple juice - that's it. Sweet!
